  • Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred)

  • New York State Teaching Certification (or in process of reciprocity)

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Athletic Director Position

 

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

  • Direct and manage the overall program of extracurricular athletics at ECS.   Work to provide each student an opportunity to participate in an extracurricular athletic activity and ensure compliance.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education/Certification:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Preferred administrative certification

  • Valid teaching certificate

 

Special Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the overall operations of an athletic program

  • Ability to manage budget and personnel

  • Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
