Equality Charter School, founded in 2009, will expand upon its success in grades 6-12 and open Equality Charter Elementary School in the Fall of 2024. Equality Charter Elementary School (ECES) will enroll scholars in grades K-1 in the Fall of 2024 and continue to expand through grade 5 making Equality Charter School one of the largest independent charter schools serving grades K-12.

Equality Charter Elementary School is delighted to begin our search for two key roles - founding ECES K-1 Teaching Assistants and Resident Teachers! ECES is seeking "can do", "roll up your sleeves", “above and beyond is the norm” team players who are up for the job of founding teacher.
